Description
We are a successful 30 year old accounting firm located in Western North Carolina. The accounting firm offers bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience in bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation. The internal team prepares the bookkeeping and payroll but the candidate would need to be able to supervise and mentor these employees. The position also entails reviewing other preparers returns and mentoring them. This is a management position for a candidate that is an Enrolled Agent.
The position allows for payroll, retirement, and health insurance benefits as well as a percentage of the annual profit.
